Referral Fees & Commission Disclosure

Votta Sales & Lettings Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) may enter into referral arrangements with third-party service providers. Where a referral is made and the client chooses to proceed with that provider, we may receive a referral fee or commission.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and associated guidance issued by Trading Standards, The Property Ombudsman and Propertymark.

No Obligation to Use Referred Providers

Clients are not required to use any third-party provider recommended or introduced by us. Clients are free to source and instruct alternative providers of their choosing.

Disclosure of Referral Fees

Where a referral fee or commission is payable to us, the existence, nature, and amount or likely amount of the referral fee will be disclosed clearly and in writing before the client commits to using the referred service.

Mortgage & Financial Advice £25 – £50 per completed case
Conveyancing / Legal Services £50 – £300 per completed transaction
EPC Assessments Up to £20 per instruction
Removals Up to £50 per instruction
Insurance Products (where applicable) Commission varies depending on product type

The amounts shown above represent the maximum typical referral fees received and may vary depending on the provider and service instructed.

Best Interests & Impartiality

Any referral or recommendation made by us is not conditional upon the payment of a referral fee and does not affect our duty to act honestly, fairly and in the best interests of our clients.

Referral fees do not influence our advice, recommendations, or statutory and contractual obligations.
