Why choose us?
Votta Lettings have found a niche in the marketplace where landlords are forever under scrutiny from the government with legislative changes, making it less profitable for them to continue renting their property.
That being said whilst other companies are looking at their business models and factoring in the increase of landlord fees, we at Votta Lettings won’t be charging any more but still provide you with the very best industry knowledge, expertise and a service we feel is unparalleled.
Worried about the future as a landlord? Then look no further than here as we’ve got this covered. Not only will we ensure your property is let at the best price to the right people but you’ll always remain compliant in this ever changing legal landscape.
Votta Lettings and Property Management has been set up by David Votta, a lettings expert with several years of experience within the industry. He has gone from working with the biggest agencies in the UK as well has holding the current accolade as Kent’s Regional Representative for ARLA Propertymark (The UK’s foremost professional lettings body). All of our clients get to know the industry updates before they become primary legislation. See link to the ARLA website for further information.
We are current members of ARLA and signed up to the property redress scheme meaning we have a very strict code of conduct and professionalism to ensure we offer our landlords something they can’t get anywhere else in Kent.
Paul Gardner is the owner of Votta Sales and is the sales partner to David Votta. Paul started his career in 2007 as a volunteer to a local independent agency. Then went on to other companies, winning awards from top office, top negotiator and nominated in the Daily mail’s best negotiator award of 2013.
Throughout his career he has worked in the ups and down’s of the ever changing sales market and adapted to give honest advice from the start. Paul quotes “ The reason I went into business with David is not just because we have known each other throughout our career’s, but we both believe that the way estate and letting agents are perceived and give advice needs to change.
We both have the same values which is the customer should be given honest advice from the start as moving is one of the most stressful things we will ever do and an agent giving wrong advice only adds to this.” Paul’s goal is to help people to enjoy where they live and to continue to give unbiased, friendly and honest advice from the start.
