Traditional Property Auction
This is an immediate exchange of contract.

Modern Method Property Auction
The process works in exactly the same way as traditional auction, however, at the end of the auction, the winning bidder enters into an exclusivity agreement where they then have 28 days to legally exchange contracts. This way of marketing your property opens the market to more buyers and allows buyers more time to arrange finance that can be tricky with traditional auctions.
