VSL are delighted and privileged to have on board the one and only Lord Feast, providing a diverse amount of knowledge and experience to embrace future and existing growth at VSL and help product development and delivery.
Robert has a repertoire of skills and is a fellow of the association of residential letting agents holding a nationally recognised level 4 lettings and business management qualification extending not only to residential lettings but also covering a wide range of other property related disciplines, if its property related, he is a man you want in your corner. Robert has worked with some of the largest corporations in the country and continues to provide ongoing consultancy and training to some big named letting agencies in addition to his role as one of Propertymark’s own consultant trainers, retained to provide a course, designed to improve competence within the residential lettings sector focusing on tenancy types and possession. Robert joins VSL at a pivotal juncture in the company’s growth and will continue to have a huge part to play in the already experienced and anticipated exponential growth of the organisation, whilst continuing to offer tailored training and consultancy services under the all-embracing brand of VSL.

Rachael is the wife of our business owner David and has also been a pivotal addition to the team. As well as being mum to their two daughters, she has two decades of administration experience in the NHS where she gained experience with a real mix of customers as well as holding additional qualifications in art and media.
Rachael's unique combination of administration experience and creative background will be integral to the continued success at VSL. Her encourages us to think outside the box and bring a unique flair to our designs and she has transformed our social media strategy instantly.
Not only does Rachael have an eye for detail and a passion for creating, but she also possesses excellent communication skills to effectively share and communicate information to our team and following. Rachael has a passion for cooking and is a self-proclaimed "foodie." During her free time, she enjoys cooking up a storm or exploring new restaurants sharing it all on her food Instagram page. Kylie consistently goes above and beyond to exceed expectations, making her an invaluable asset to any team or organisation. Kylie is not just a dedicated professional, she's also someone who values her personal life and family values deeply. When she's not at work, you can often find her spending quality time with family due to her caring and empathetic nature for others. A bit of a social butterfly Kylie also makes time for friends and her vibrant personality and genuine interest in others makes her a natural at fostering meaningful connections and maintaining them for the long haul.

Tamara our newest addition to VSL coming in with a wealth of experience as our Business Administrator who started out in the property industry over 20 years ago. Tamara's background extends not only in administration but customer service, lettings administration, negotiation and sales progression. Tamara was also a director for a local electrical contractors in addition to being a landlord for over 10 years. Tamara's vast knowledge base and experience is exactly what VSL harvest in their team members and her empathetic nature, coupled with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service truly sets her apart from the crowd and is a valued asset to VSL.
Tamara loves to spending her free time with her family, eating out and beach walks taking in the fantastic Kent coastline.
