David is the owner of Votta Lettings whose extensive knowledge base and over a decade’s experience in the industry has contributed to his success. David worked for two of the biggest lettings business’s in the South East and in doing so won several awards ranging from customer service to top lettings office. David leapfrogged his colleagues very quickly rising to be the “go to guy” for all things lettings and be a well-known figure not only in the local area but within the industry.
David’s passion for lettings and providing excellent customer service is infectious and he loves what he does so much he still maintains all areas of the business from property photography right through to maintenance and all aspects in between. In setting up Votta Lettings, David wanted to take away all that didn’t work within the large corporations and utilise his specific skill set to benefit not only his landlords but ensuring tenants are being well looked after which in turn ensures a smooth-running tenancy and his landlords are always covered ahead of the law. This has worked so well that within the first 6 months of Votta lettings being open he and his team achieved over 23, 5-star Google reviews from landlords and tenants that have been blown away by how he always delivers on his service promise.
David’s self-made entrepreneurial background pushes him to constantly become innovative and find new ways to grow in to the modern era, he has embraced technology so much so he can offer a 5 star service still for a fantastic value for money price as well as being available to take customers calls giving them that feeling that they are in the very best hands. David is often asked to blog and interview for various companies and magazines within the industry to impart his knowledge and skills so that other professionals can benefit from. David’s goal is to completely professionalise and regulate the industry to wipe out rogue agents and rogue landlords that continue to operate outside of the law. Paul Gardner is the owner of Votta Sales and is the sales partner to David Votta. Paul started his career in 2007 as a volunteer to a local independent agency. Then went on to other companies, winning awards from top office, top negotiator and nominated in the Daily mail’s best negotiator award of 2013.
Throughout his career he has worked in the ups and down’s of the ever changing sales market and adapted to give honest advice from the start. Paul quotes “ The reason I went into business with David is not just because we have known each other throughout our career’s, but we both believe that the way estate and letting agents are perceived and give advice needs to change.
We both have the same values which is the customer should be given honest advice from the start as moving is one of the most stressful things we will ever do and an agent giving wrong advice only adds to this.” Paul’s goal is to help people to enjoy where they live and to continue to give unbiased, friendly and honest advice from the start.
