Having honed his craft at two of the largest lettings businesses in the South East, David's dedication and expertise quickly propelled him to the forefront of the industry. Rapidly becoming the "go-to guy" for all things lettings, David's influence expanded beyond the local community, positioning him as a well-known figure on the national stage.
As the youngest-ever President of ARLA Propertymark in 2021, (the UK's foremost professional body for accredited and regulated agents), David's leadership and contributions have been instrumental in shaping policy and elevating industry standards. VSL are delighted and privileged to have on board the one and only Lord Feast, providing a diverse amount of knowledge and experience to embrace future and existing growth at VSL and help product development and delivery.
Robert has a repertoire of skills and is a fellow of the association of residential letting agents holding a nationally recognised level 4 lettings and business management qualification extending not only to residential lettings but also covering a wide range of other property related disciplines, if its property related, he is a man you want in your corner. Robert has worked with some of the largest corporations in the country and continues to provide ongoing consultancy and training to some big named letting agencies in addition to his role as one of Propertymark’s own consultant trainers, retained to provide a course, designed to improve competence within the residential lettings sector focusing on tenancy types and possession. Robert joins VSL at a pivotal juncture in the company’s growth and will continue to have a huge part to play in the already experienced and anticipated exponential growth of the organisation, whilst continuing to offer tailored training and consultancy services under the all-embracing brand of VSL.

Rachael Votta
Rachael is the wife of our business owner David and has also been a pivotal addition to the team. As well as being mum to their two daughters, she has two decades of administration experience in the NHS where she gained experience with a real mix of customers as well as holding additional qualifications in art and media.
Rachael's unique combination of administration experience and creative background will be integral to the continued success at VSL. Her encourages us to think outside the box and bring a unique flair to our designs and she has transformed our social media strategy instantly.
Not only does Rachael have an eye for detail and a passion for creating, but she also possesses excellent communication skills to effectively share and communicate information to our team and following. Rachael has a passion for cooking and is a self-proclaimed "foodie." During her free time, she enjoys cooking up a storm or exploring new restaurants sharing it all on her food Instagram page. Courtney Robinson BA
Courtney Robinson
With a naturally warm presence and a charming smile that instantly puts people at ease, Courtney brings a refreshing energy to the VSL team. Although new to the property industry, he joins us with a rich background in teaching and customer service, underpinned by a degree in education.
Courtney returned from teaching abroad to the UK where he thrived in customer-facing roles. From hospitality to retail, he quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming an assistant store manager at two major retailers. His ability to connect with people, solve problems on the spot, and maintain high standards made him a standout team player in every role.
Courtney is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring every compliance box is ticked, cutting corners simply isn’t in his nature. His combination of professionalism and dedication makes him a true asset to the team.
If he’s not at his desk or bouncing between viewings, then you’ll typically find Courtney at the zoo with his family chasing around animals or playing some form of sports with friends and hiking mountains.

Jade began her career in estate agency in 2012 as a sales adviser and has since grown into a highly accomplished sales professional. Over the years, her outstanding performance has been recognised through numerous awards and promotions, a testament to both her deep understanding of the property market and her commitment to delivering exceptional service.
With extensive expertise spanning sales management, sales progression, estate agency, financial services, and conveyancing, Jade brings a wealth of knowledge to VSL. Her experience as a conveyancing secretary has given her invaluable insight into the legal process, enabling her to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of buying and selling with clarity and confidence.
Now, Jade is expanding her skill set into lettings and property management with VSL, marking an exciting new chapter that will further broaden her industry knowledge and enhance the service she provides to our clients.
The team at is thrilled to have Jade’s talent, experience and energy on board. Having previously worked alongside David in the corporate world, she slots in perfectly as part of the VSL family.
Outside of work, Jade is a passionate netball player, competing across multiple leagues in Kent. Her dedication to the sport mirrors her professional values with teamwork, resilience, and striving for excellence, while also supporting her focus, fitness, and well-being.
